RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Corace Collection, we want you to love every piece you purchase. We take pride in offering thoughtfully curated jewelry and are committed to making your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
If your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to assist with an eligible return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
RETURNS
We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

Items must be returned with their original packaging and any included accessories.

Jewelry must be free from scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Returns must be authorized by Corace Collection before items are shipped back.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements, subject to applicable law.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Returns are initiated directly through our website using Shopify's Request Return feature.
To request a return:

Log in to your customer account on www.coracecollection.com using the email address associated with your order.

Navigate to your order history and select the order containing the item you wish to return.

Click Request Return.

Select the item or items you would like to return and choose the reason for your return.

Submit your request for review.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and any applicable shipping details.
Please do not ship items back before your return request has been approved.

EXCHANGES
We understand that finding the perfect jewelry piece sometimes requires a different length, size, or style.
Eligible items may be exchanged within our standard return window, subject to product availability.
All exchanges must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
If your preferred item is unavailable, we can assist you with an alternative or an eligible refund.
Any price difference between exchanged items will be communicated before the exchange is completed.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
Items purchased during sales and promotional events are eligible for returns and exchanges, provided they meet our standard return requirements.
This includes purchases made during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday promotions, and other sitewide sales.
Refunds for promotional purchases will reflect the actual discounted purchase price paid, rather than the item's original retail price.
Discounts applied to an original purchase do not automatically transfer to a new purchase or replacement item unless expressly agreed upon.
Any items specifically designated as final sale will be clearly identified before purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return requirements.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the return results from an error on our part.
Any applicable deductions or nonrefundable charges will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law.
RETURN SHIPPING
We provide free shipping labels for all returns.
Once a return is authorized, we will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning your jewelry.
Responsibility for return shipments will be determined by the return instructions provided and applicable law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every order is prepared with care. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at natalie@coracecollection.com.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or another remedy consistent with applicable law.
Claims involving defective or incorrectly supplied products will not be restricted by ordinary change-of-mind return conditions where applicable law provides additional rights.
JEWELRY CARE & NORMAL WEAR
Our jewelry is designed to be enjoyed and worn with care.
Depending on the piece, Corace Collection jewelry may feature gold-filled materials, sterling silver, gold plating, rhodium plating, cubic zirconia, or other materials disclosed in the product description.
The appearance and longevity of jewelry may be affected by factors including moisture, cosmetics, perfume, cleaning products, perspiration, storage, and individual body chemistry.
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or changes in finish resulting from use are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.
We encourage customers to follow our recommended jewelry care instructions.
This section does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
GIFTS
If you received a Corace Collection item as a gift and would like to request an exchange, please contact us with the original order number or purchaser information, if available.
We will be happy to review the available options.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed upon.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers may request eligible returns or exchanges in accordance with this policy.
International return shipping costs, customs charges, and duties may apply.
